Change Comms Toolkit with Outlook
Time & Location
About the Event
If you're rolling out a change project or any type of customer communications sending attractive emails is a must.
Don't send your infographics as a PowerPoint or PDF. They're too hard to read on the phone, which is how over 60% of your audience will see your info. You need to turn them into an email.
First I'll share my change communications PowerPoint template, of course, full of brilliant one-pagers!
Then you'll learn three brilliant hacks.
1) Email/Newsletter formatting
How to make your Outlook emails look like HTML newsletters with your brand colours and the awesome infographics you've already learned to create.
Format your emails, so they retain formatting and look great on any device. You'll save these bad-boys as templates so you can re-use and save yourself time in the future.
2) Personalised individual emails
Did you know you can mail-merge to email? I'll show you how you can personalise emails with names, dates times, anything that changes for each participant. Emails addressed to individual stakeholders get more attention.
3) Automated sending
Create a batch of emails. Tip of the day, or perhaps ten daily actions following your training or go-live. Enter a single name, or mailing list and have those emails automatically sent daily. (Yep! I'm serious. You can get Outlook to deliver drip-feed marketing. I wrote a fancy macro and I'll share it with you.)
Imagine that! Your daily follow-up tip delivered to your audience before you even get out of bed.
*Outlook macro will not work on web-access Outlook and your organisation may prevent you from running macros, nowhere I have worked has though.
