Format your emails, so they retain formatting and look great on any device. You'll save these bad-boys as templates so you can re-use and save yourself time in the future.

2) Personalised individual emails

Did you know you can mail-merge to email? I'll show you how you can personalise emails with names, dates times, anything that changes for each participant. Emails addressed to individual stakeholders get more attention. 

3) Automated sending

Create a batch of emails. Tip of the day, or perhaps ten daily actions following your training or go-live. Enter a single name, or mailing list and have those emails automatically sent daily. (Yep! I'm serious. You can get Outlook to deliver drip-feed marketing. I wrote a fancy macro and I'll share it with you.)
